Men's Morning Fall Bible Study: Fifty Reasons Why Jesus Came To Die

Why was Jesus Christ crucified? Why did He suffer so greatly? What did His death accomplish? And what does it mean for us today? These are the most important questions anyone can ask, and the Bible gives a glorious answer: God sent His own Son according to His sovereign plan to accomplish our salvation. The cross is not merely the story of how Jesus died, but why He died.

Join the Men's Ministry at Golden Hills Community Church as we study John Piper's Fifty Reasons Why Jesus Came to Die. Together, we'll examine fifty biblical reasons for Christ's death, discovering what God accomplished through the cross and why it remains the foundation of our hope, worship, and daily lives.

Each week we'll discuss a portion of the book, search the Scriptures together, and learn from one another through engaging large-group interaction. Whether you're new to the faith or have followed Christ for many years, this study will deepen your understanding of the gospel, strengthen your love for Christ, and encourage you to live with greater confidence in the Savior who willingly gave His life so that sinners like us might be forgiven, reconciled to God, and live for His glory.
