Biblical Counseling and Care Academy
March 1, 2026 10:30 AM
- 12:00 PM

The Golden Hills Biblical Counseling & Care Academy exists to develop leaders who embody Christlike character, demonstrate biblical wisdom, are competent to counsel, and able to speak truth both lovingly and courageously, within the context of Christian community.
We believe that biblical counsel centers on Jesus Christ—His life, death, resurrection, reign, and return. Through the Gospel, God exposes both the depth of sin and suffering and the immeasurable scope of His grace. Therefore, all true care points people not to programs or theories, but to the person of Christ, our Redeemer.
Biblical counseling and care is the ministry of God’s Word applied to the realities of life. Because Scripture is sufficient for everything pertaining to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3–4), it provides the foundation for addressing the heart issues behind personal and relational struggles.
We seek to equip every believer to offer Christ-centered support within the church family—building a community shaped by the transforming grace of God. So, whether you are a pastor, counselor, lay leader, or simply someone wanting to serve God and others, if you desire to help real people with real problems using your Bible, this academy is for you!
The Biblical Counseling & Care Academy will meet on Sundays at 10:30am, March 1st-May 31st, with a two-week break April 5-12.
