January 2026 Prayer Calendar
Have a blessed NEW YEAR! Pray for ALL of our CPW churches, that we will be a light in the darkness in each of our communities in this new year and beyond. Pray for our district staff as they serve our 80 churches in Converge PacWest. Bernard Emerson and his wife Kimberly, Chris Lovelace and his wife Denise, Alma Castillo and her husband Carlos, Larry and Karla Adams and Paula Freeman and her husband Jason. Pray for our upcoming Pastors and Spouses Retreat in Pismo Beach on January 4-6, that it will be a refreshing time for all and an opportunity to connect and be encouraged. Praise God for the great things He is doing!
January 11th
Praise God for Pastor Romeo Dorio, who has faithfully ministered at Ignite
Community Church in Elk Grove. Pray for their church as they go through a
transition of looking for their next pastor. Pray for them as they continue to reach
out to their Filipino community, grow in their faith, serve men, women, youth and
children and be willing to obey the Lord wherever He leads them.
January 18th
Praise God for Pastor David Doupe and his wife Rhonda, who serve at Grace
Bible Church in Solvang. Pray for continued growth among young families and
that they can help them grow deep in the things of Christ. Pray for a growing heart
for the lost, here, near, and far for all their people to gain a kingdom mindset.
January 25th
Pray for Pastor Jeremiah Kepner and his wife Lori, who minister at Pole Line
Road Baptist Church in Davis. Pray for their church, as they seek to foster
spiritual growth and community engagement through worship and service. Pray
for them as they seek God’s leading for a worship pastor.
February 1st
Praise God for Pastor Erik Young and his wife Natasha, who serve at Big Creek
Community Church in Big Creek. Pray for them as they minister in a beautiful,
but challenging community. Fires and economics have affected their homes and
families, and yet their heart’s desire is to be faithful lights up on the mountain!
Pray for them as they believe a new season is opening up for their church. Join
them as they ask Jesus for fresh direction, vigor and renewed strength to move
with Him as He opens opportunities and blesses them in this new season.
