August 2025 Prayer Calendar

August 10th
Praise God for Pastor Kelly Patchin and his wife Jennifer, who serve faithfully at New Harbor Community Church in Benicia. Pray for their church as they support and encourage several church plants. Praise God for the people coming to Christ in this season. Ask God for continued wisdom in the rebuilding of ministries and staff, as well as the implementation of new systems that will help people grow closer to Jesus. Pray for Pastor Kelly’s upcoming Sabbatical as well.

August 17th
Praise God for Pastor Marco McCleod and his wife Tiffany, who are planting a church called Revive Ministry in Vallejo. Pray for this unique ministry as they stand on their 4 pillars of faith, love, community and worship, to strengthen the Kingdom of God. Pray for ministries such as the Barbershop Brotherhood, a weekly Bible Study for men.

August 24th
Praise God for Pastor Luis Lopez and his wife Maggie, who serve at Iglesia Bautista del Valle in Sacramento. Pray for this Spanish-speaking church as they reach out to their community and seek to glorify Christ in their lives and ministry. Thank God for their faithfulness and for the great things He is doing among them.

August 31st
Thank God for all the many hard working people that we are honoring this Labor Day weekend. Praise God for Pastor Michael Eastman and also Pastor Michael Burchfield who minister at Grace Bible Church in Hollister. Pray for their church as they continue to seek God’s leading regarding a senior pastor. Pray that God will provide them with the right leader for their church in His perfect time.

September 7th
Praise God for Pastor Ben Kosharek and his wife Natasha, who minister at Maverick Church in San Miguel. Pray for them as they are planting this church and depend on the Lord’s provision and leading. They desire to be a beacon of God’s love to their community. Pray for growth and that they will continue to be an effective witness to those who are seeking God’s truth.
