In iTunes there are two ways to subscribe to a podcast.
The first way, and the easiest way is to open iTunes, click the Advanced menu, click "Subscribe to Podcast...".
Enter http://www.goldenhills.org/podcasts/podcast.xml into the URL box, and click "OK".
The next way to subscribe is to search the iTunes Store:
Click "iTunes Store" on the left side of iTunes:
You are now in the iTunes Store. There is a search box in the upper right side of the screen:
Type "golden hills" without the quotation marks into the box and press the "Enter" key ("Return" key if using Mac):
Among your search results will be a section labeled "Podcasts", within which you will see a result for Golden Hills Community Church. Click the "Subscribe" button:
A window may pop up asking if you really want to subscribe to the Golden Hills podcast. Click "Subscribe":
You will notice that iTunes begins downloadind the most recent sermon:
Click "Podcasts" on the side bar to the far left on your iTunes window. You will see a list of all your podcast subscriptions. Golden Hills may currently be your only subscription:
Within this list of subscriptions, click on the little triangle directly to the left of where it says "Golden Hills Community Church" under the Podcast column. This will list all the episodes (or in this case, sermons) in the Golden Hills podcast. By default, only the most recent episode is downloaded, but it will still list all the offered episodes. To download more episodes (sermons) you can either dowload an individual episode by clicking the "Get" button next to the sermon title, or downlad all available sermons by clicking the "Get All" button to the right of where it says "Golden Hills Community Church".
If a sermon title is greyed out it either is not yet dowloaded, or in the process of downloading. If you see the orange circle next to the title of a greyed out sermon, it is currently downloading. You are now finished!
