180 Wednesday Night Middle School Program All MS students welcome to come at any time and join us for worship and our small group Bible study program.  Every student is put into a group to get connected, make friends and learn together.  We meet throughout the school year Wednesdays from 7pm - 8:30 pm, starting in the MS amphitheater.  Come join us and bring a friend. Last 180 meeting for the year will be May 23.

Misfits (weekly event) starts Wednesday, June 13!

SOLID ROCK  Friday, May 18 7-9 pm in the MPR.  Awesome games and fun.  Bring a friend and money for the snack bar!  (Fifth graders are welcome!) This month's theme:  Hawaiian!

Hume Lake Summer Camp registration is now open!  Sign up for the best week of your summer! July 1-7.  Check it out at Humelake.org.  Meadowranch  cost: $525.  ($100 deposit included).  Be sure to register through Golden Hills (and not directly through Hume) to assure that you are a part of our group; it also reserves your spot on our bus!  Registration forms and info flyers are available at the Student Office (room 138) . We will log you onto the Hume roster, and then they e-mail you the remaining registration forms to complete on-line. Absolute deadline to register (on-line) and full payment is due Sunday, June 17. Space is limited!

We Welcome our incoming 6th graders! We want to make the transition to Middle School Ministries as seamless as we can!  We hope you will come visit MS Sunday School on May 13 and 27 - we'll be expecting you!   Please join us for a special orientation to our Wednesday 180 small group program on Wed 5/16 (7 - 8:30 pm in the MS amp) and another orientation meeting for our Sunday School program on Sun 6/3 at 11:30 in the MS amp.  Students and parents are invited to both and encouraged to come, meet the leaders and learn about our exciting summer and future plans!  Welcome!

Summer Squeeze May 30 - this year's Squeeze will be a huge summer kick-off for both MS and HS (incoming 6th graders too!)  5 pm - 9 pm on the plaza.  Live music, barbeque, games ...awesome way to start our summer!  Suggested donation $5.  Families welcome.

"Inside Out" - weekly meetings on Thursdays  - music, fun, friends and a powerful message.  All High School students welcome anytime. Beginning again in the fall, we'll meet throughout the school year with live music, a Bible message and then a dynamic small group time, where you can learn together and grow in your walk with God.  All High School students are welcome to come - no registration required - just come!  You can visit or join any time.

Baptism at Inside Out -- May 17

Last week for Thursday Inside Out for the year will be May24, but clear your summer calendar on Wednesday nights!  We'll start our summer events called "Misfits"on June 13! Watch for more info!

Power & Light High School Choir:   Summer Tour to the Pacific Northwest: 6/14-23; Concerts 6/14 and 6/23.  Please pray for them as they rehearse, raise funds, and prepare to serve the Lord this summer. 

Students for Hire - Power & Light choir members are available for yard work, babysitting, etc to raise funds for their summer tour.  List of student are available at the Student Office (room 138) or info booth, or call Keith or Patti Morgan.

For our Graduates:

Senior Banquet:  Sunday, May 20 1:30 - 3:00  in room 129-130.  Sorry, deadline for tickets was May 13.

Graduation Sunday:  Sunday, June 10 Golden Hills will be recognizing our graduating high school seniors in the 11:30 service.  Pastor Larry will have you come up on stage for a special time of prayer.  Please wear your cap and gown (but it isn't required).  We'll meet in the student office at 11:15.  No need to sign up for this; if you are a 2012 graduate, you are welcome to participate.
