Early Elementary Division (K-2nd Grade)

• To be a place where every child is given the opportunity to WORSHIP the one true God through songs, Bible lessons and activities.
• To show children every Sunday that the Bible stories are true and how they can GROW by hiding God's word in their heart.
• To provide an opportunity for adults to SERVE God by loving His children.

In Kindergarten, your child will be welcomed by the same set of teachers throughout the year. We highly recommend that you attend the same service hour each week. This enables the teaching team to establish and build a loving discipleship relationship with your child. The curriculum that we utilize is Bible based incorporating storytelling, art projects and worship.

Our 1st & 2nd grades have 2 different classroom formats to choose from. Three of our service hours (8:00 AM, 9:45 AM & 6:00 PM) offer a classroom setting, much like our Kindergarten classes mentioned above.

The 11:30 AM service is a large group/small group format for 1st - 3rd graders in the Multi-Purpose Room. Here your child has an opportunity to hand out with friends and participate in activity stations for the first 15 minutes. The rest of the service hour is comprised of large group worship and teaching, then they move into their small groups for discussion and application.

We are blessed to have a wonderful team of dedicated volunteers who are carefully screened before they serve with our children. Our volunteers give of themselves because of a deep desire to help our families grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus. We realize that our role is to come alongside you to reinforce the biblical truths you are teaching your children at home.
