 What is Awana?

Awana is an international, Bible-centered Children’s ministry providing local churches with weekly clubs, programs and training. The goal of Awana is to equip churches to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. The acronym “AWANA” comes from the letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed as taken from 2 Timothy 2:15.

Awana - Cubbies

Cubbies is the Awana program for preschoolers during the two years prior to entering Kindergarten, usually 3 & 4 year olds. Cubbies are unique because it supports and maintains parents as the primary source of spiritual nurturing by directly involving them in the teaching and learning process. Parents of Cubbies must attend club with their child unless they are serving in another club within our Awana Program.
