About High School Ministry

Our purpose is to glorify God by making disciples of high school students who will impact every area of the world for Christ.

What We Do

Sunday Mornings

9:20 AM-10:35 AM & 10:55 AM-12:05 PM Sunday mornings are an opportunity for high school students to worship God as a part of the local church. We meet in the High School Amphitheater during the 9:20 AM and 10:55 AM services.

Thursday Nights (September-May)

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Thursday nights throughout the school year, high school ministry gathers at GHCC for small groups. Small groups are instrumental in the discipleship of any student. Every group is led by an adult leader (or two) in Bible study, prayer, and accountability. Our current curriculum is The Gospel Project by LifeWay. We are currently on SUMMER BREAK. Small group registration begins on July 17 and Thursday Nights begin on August 11!

Camps and Events

Seasonal Camps and events are often milestones in the life of a student. Whether it is at a winter camp in February, summertime at Hume Lake, or at one of our girls conferences, we see camp ministry as a great opportunity for any student to be introduced to Jesus and build relationships with peers and adults. We’ll also have events throughout the year to help students grow in their knowledge and love for the Lord.
