The Harvest Carnival is Friday, October 31st, 6-8pm. 1PM NEXT Sunday we'll be unloading all the games from the barn and would love your help.

We meet throughout the school year on Wednesdays from 7-8:30pm for music, worship, fun and more. It's called "180" -- a place for God to work in your life. Wednesday evening Men's Bible Study is studying the Book of Acts @ 7pm in W234/235. Details
Come join us as we take a closer look at the Book of Acts, which will be held on Wednesday evenings through December 17, 2014, from 7:00 to 8:30pm upstairs in rooms W234/235. (This study is for Men Only.) We will be studying the spread of Christianity during the 30 years immediately following the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Acts serves as a link between the Gospels and the Letters. It is called "The Acts of the Apostles" and is a bridge between the life of Jesus and the ministry of the Apostle Paul. It can also be called "The Acts of the Holy Spirit," which we will learn about. Led by Bill Uhlrich.

TeenMOPS stands for Teen Mothers of Preschoolers. If you are a teen mom who is pregnant, or a teen mom with a child under the age of six years old, you'll find a warm welcome at TeenMOPS. TeenMOPS is a Christian, faith-based organization that offers practical and emotional support through fun activities, great speakers, and the support of mentor moms. TeenMOPS is a fantastic opportunity to meet with others in a similar stage of life and to build positive relationships for you and your child. Any teen that is under the age of 21 and is pregnant or has a baby is welcome, no matter what's going on in your life. Because everyone has value and everyone is precious. Our Christmas Angel Program was created to assist in providing gifts for children in need within the body of Golden Hills Community Church at Christmastime. If you are a member or regular attendee at Golden Hills and need help this Christmas, pick up program qualifications and applications today, before and after services at the Early Childhood Office (next to the Nursery). Baptism Class: 10/26 @ 9:20am. Details
Would you like to be baptized? Register to attend the baptism class that is being taught during the 9:20 am service. The class answers questions like: What does our Lord Jesus says about baptism? Who should be baptized? Is baptism necessary for salvation? What should I expect on the day of my baptism? Questions like these and much more will be answered in the class. The baptism will be on 11/9 at 12:15pm.

Quarterly Business Meeting: TOMORROW, Mon, 10/20 @ 7pm in the Sanctuary. Agenda includes worship, receiving of new members, financial & church clerk reports, State of the Church, and more. All are welcome; members are expected to attend. Childcare is available for nursery through age 11.

GHCC Budget Report: Our 2014 general fund is running at 96% of budget. This represents a year-to-date shortfall of $221,347. Praise the Lord for meeting our every need (Phil. 4:19) and for your faithfulness.
